GT Builders Norfolk

GT builders, based in Fleggburgh, was established in 2012, before then I worked with various builders getting experience before setting up on my own.

I work with a small team just myself, another well experienced builder and a labourer and we undertake projects ranging from small extensions to complete house builds with budgets from £10,000 to £750,000. I have a good relationship with other various trades (electricians, plumber, scaffolders and plasterers) to get the best results. I also use a very good architect who can design your project right from the start.

We work alongside the customers to get the finished product to a high standard. Using good quality materials for the client and achieving amazing results. We are a small company so don't have all the overheads that bigger companies have, keeping the costings down.

I will be working on every project and take pride in my work and finish everything the best I can (proper job).

We can do projects from start to finish or if the customer just want a carcass and to finish it off themselves they can. Every job is different as well as every customer, so we cater for all needs.

With each job I can provide a rough quote and then, if the customer is happy, I will provide a precise quote and time scale of works.

New Builds & Extensions

We can provide many different types of building styles to achieve the best possible effect and add value to your home. We can do anything from a porch to a full new build. We can also build your new build with traditional materials or right up to date with green builds. The finish on the outside can vary from fancy brickwork to cladding and render, we offer all of these services. I have a trusty team of plasterers that I use who do a fantastic job, because to me plastering is the final job and needs to be a high standard.

Renovations & Conversions

We can use traditional or modern methods and materials depending on which is best for the building and the customers budget. We can work on most buildings no job to big or small.

Roofing

We can tile and slate your roof, but we do not thatch. We can either repair an existing roof or carry out a full re roof. We recently took thatch off a roof and installed a warm roof system. This was where we took off the thatch, put celotex insulation over the rafters, then counter batten breathable membrane tile batten and then tiles. We also offer lead flashing and repairs, chimney re pointing or rebuild and lead work.

Other Services

We do a lot of building from in the ground to the top of the roof, we cover most aspects of building and maintain a high standard. We can put in septic tanks through to tiles on the roof. If we don't do it I know a large group of trusted trades people that can.
